Mosey to next level up 5 burpees then on to the intervals app that I like to use. It’s 45 seconds on with 15 seconds of rest. SSH, Merkins, High Knees, Moutain Climbers, Squats, Plank Jacks, Bombjacks, wide arm Merkins, Bobby hurleys, lbcs, and then burpees. 10 count then mosey up a level.

next level five burpees – beaker mentioned he liked doing Paula Abdul’s on the stairs, I was intrigued and ready to give it a shot. So this went as two flights up and then one flight back down, at the up turn we did squats and the down turn we did Carolina dry docks. This stairwell seemed to go on forever. After this we moseyed down the stairs ended with some abs, some more ssh name o rama prayers praises and on we go.
