A disclaimer was given and we began.

We warmed up with

We moseyed to the bus loop at the far end of YPA grounds where we paired up and commenced with B.O.M.B.S.  One partner started with an exercise while the other ran a lap around the bus loop, then flapjacked.  Each exercise is cumulative.

Burpees – 50
Overhead Claps – 100
Merkins – 150
Big Boy Situps – 200
Squats – 250

We moseyed to the next lot over.

We did Bear Crawls from one side of the lot to the island in the middle of lot.  We stopped at each parking space to perform Carolina Dry Docks starting with 1 CDD and adding 1 at each parking space.

We moseyed back to the AO and continued Bear Crawls with Mountain Climbers.

A few minutes of Ab Lab helped fill out the 45 minutes.
