It’s finally starting to feel a little like fall, but that didn’t stop us from sweating a little this morning!
We kicked off as the clock ticked over to 05:15 with our kettle bells over head for a quick mosey over to the Sam’s parking lot where we circled up for some windmills. Then, with kettlebells over head again, we moseyed over to the grassy/mulched hill for a series of 7s.
With the kettle bell over head we completed 7 squats, dropped the bell and ran down the hill for 1 burpee. After a couple of rounds we relocated to the road between the stores to keep PAX from getting hurt on the mulch/grass hill and pushed through until we were down to 1 squat and 7 burpees. At the bottom of the hill we managed a couple of wall sits, BTTW rotations and took off back up the hill to retrieve our bells.
We moseyed (with the KB overhead still) over to the parking lot by Sam’s for some KB suicides. Starting on the first line we jogged two spots and put our bell down on the line. We returned (sans bell) to the first line and ran back to our bells only to pick them up and progress 2 more lines away from the start. We continued this the full length of the parking lot.
Once the PAX had completed the run it was back to COP for some mary before wrapping up in COT.
As always, it was an honor to Q at the best lit AO in the Rock Region!
