100 Burpees then run 1 mile
50 Burpees then run 1 mile
100 Man makers w/ Ruck then 1 mile Ruck
50 Man makers w/ Ruck then 1 mile Ruck
Then No Ruck for a while
100 Push Ups
100 Big Boy Sit-ups
100 Squats
100 4 ct Mountain Climbers
100 4 ct Jumping Jacks
100 4 ct Flutter kicks
Then With a Ruck
100 Ruck Press/w/ 6″ Leg Lift
100 Plank Pull Thru Ruck
100 Ruck Twists/American Hammers
