Mosey to AO for one of the more creative Ab Labs I have been a part of in a long time. I am particularly upset with Windex who brought out some Frankenstein Peter Parker Merkin thing since my chest was totally shot from DORA 123!
I started this beat down with my own disclaimer…I was not sure I was going to be able to complete what I wanted to Q. However, with the last days of our word of the month echoing in my head I shared the importance of measuring self! I am close to 4 years in this F3 thing and I can honestly say I am only now accelerating my fitness and my relationships. The fitness is oddly personal…I don’t Strava with the guys and I don’t post my runs or times…they are not that fast. However, I set a goal, I made a plan and I recently ran 8.5 miles. A first for me. But more importantly, my M just completed her 100th walking workout…and then she said…I want to run a 5K. My acceleration caused her to lite a fuse for a healthier her. I cannot tell you how happy my heart is to hear this! So…she set the goal…I helped her find the plan, and now she is executing. To stay the same is to become stagnant…Accelerate…create movement…be disruptive. #QSourceWorks
