I pulled in and Gauge, Red October were stretching while PacMan was pacing the lot. KingPin was chilling and ready.

We were waiting on Pheonix who was stuck in traffic so we did these while catching up. I had not seen PacMan or Red October in a while….it was good to see their smiling faces.
We worked our way across Museum Rd. and to the track behind Dutchman Creek Middle School.
The Thang: STARFISH
We gathered in the middle and YHC explained the routine. We did the following exercisies.
Middle-10 American Hammers IC
Corner 1-Diamond Merkins IC
Corner 2-Bobby Hurleys 10 OYO
Corner 3-Merkins 10 IC
Corner 4- Flutters 25 IC
Of Course we returned to the middle for American Hammers between each corner exercise. Once completed and back to the middle we stayed put for a little circle of pain where we did the following IC
Box Cutters 10
Freddy Mercury’s 20
We then did Lunges, Lt. Dan’s, and a Bear Crawl to the endzone.
Back to COT with a few minutes to spare so we finished with the following in Cadence.

I honestly can’t remember the count but we never left plank! Red October said he was glad I worked out this morning already🤣.
We all took time to share about what was going on in our lives as we took prayer request. I was humbled this evening as the PAX shared their hearts for their families, trials, neighbors, and community. It is in these few minutes of a 45 minute workout that the real workout happens. This is when we cultivate an environment that allows us to voice ourselves as men and find understanding and encouragement from one another.
