We moseyed to steps in front of the movie theater.
Before we started the BOMBS I shared briefly that we all have an abundance of ways in our lives that we can be thankful and went on to my experience this past weekend of having my wife at the Savannah Half Marathon for support. Being able to see her a few times along the course kept me going throughout the race.
We paired up for B.O.M.B.S. One partner started with an exercise while the other ran a loop around the parking area over by the restaurants, then switched. All the counts were cumulative.
- Burpees – 50
- Overhead Claps – 100
- Merkins – 150
- Big Boy Situps – 200
- Squats – 250
Roxanne shared how he is thankful for his wife and all that she does for their family.
We moseyed to the side of the plaza by TJ Maxx parking lot for two rounds of some People Chair with Merkins.
In between the two sets of Peoples chair Kenyon and Sir Purr both shared.
We moseyed back to AO for some light stretching.
We closed out the workout with the COT – countorama, video nameorama, announcements and prayer requests & praises.
I dismissed us with prayer.
