We began the morning with the following in cadence: Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Low Slow Squats, Merkins, Peter Parker Peters, and 10 6-Count Burpees.
After this everyone was pretty much warm, so I informed the PAX we would be doing Pearls on a String this morning. We took a mosey and stopped every so often performing exercises in cadence.
Stop 1: Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Dips, Squats, 6-Count Burpees.
Stop 2: Wide Arm Merkins, Pike Presses, Lunges, 6-Count Burpees.
Stop 3: Irkins, Dips, Step-Ups, Derkins, 6-Count Burpees.
Stop 4: Coupon Curls, Coupon Tricep Extensions, Coupon Overhead Presses, 10-ManMakers with Coupon.
Stop 5: V-ups, LBCs, Freddy Mercurys, Supermans, Big Boy Sit-Ups.
Stop 6 (COT): Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Low Slow Squats, Peter Parker Peters, 6-Count Burpees.
