Do it again, but with dips instead of dirkans this time
Mosey to the stairs for a little modified DORA. !00 merkans, 100 squats, 100 LBCs cumulative between two men, trips up the stairs as a timing mechanism.
Circle up for 15 LBCs (IC) 25 flutters (IC) and 20 V ups (OYO) before a minute of forearm plank
Mosey back to the AO.
Today I asked the PAX two questions:
- How do you spend your time?
- Does that reflect your priorities?
It is easy to take your sight off of what is important. Looking for the easy thing is the natural inclination for many. What is convenient? What feels good?
That does not make it right.
We are the examples that we set. My kids deserve the best father that they can have. My wife deserves the best husband. Each and every day it is my pleasure, and my duty, to step up to that challenge. I will fail some days. Those I love will know that it is a lack of capability, not love or effort, that caused my failings. Each day I am given another opportunity to reach my best.
I know at least three people who deserve that from me.
