7s up the hill on the backside- Burpees at the bottom, jump squats at the top
Mosey to the field at Dinkins
Lunge walk across, flutters, LBCs, merkans (IC)
Burpee broad jump back across, flutters, LBCs, merkans (IC)
Lt Dan back across, flutters, LBCs, merkans (IC)
Crawl Bear up the steps, stopping on each step to do a derkan.
Upon reaching the top of the steps we discovered a wonderful bench.
25 dips and 10 box jumps
Mosey back to the AO.
All told I registered 3.35 miles and a good bit of bootcamp in there too.
I know that P200 training season is upon us, but let us not forget that there is a lot of good work to be done at some of the boot camp AOs.
