7 pax made it out at 0615 for a pre-run on this cool morning. Two had to leave after the run and 5 more showed up for the boot camp.

A disclaimer was given and we moseyed to the side of ATC for a warm up.

The warm up consisted of:

  • 10 Windmills IC
  • 15 Imperial Walkers IC
  • 15 Cherry Pickers IC
  • 15 Moroccan Night Clubs IC

We moseyed across the street to the Lutheran church parking lot for our first routine, 7 of Diamonds.  It consisted of seven rounds of four corners.  The number of repetitions at each corner was a multiple of 7 and repeating each exercise at each corner.

Rounds:

  • 7 Burpees
  • 14 Flutter Kicks
  • 21 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 28 Squats
  • 21 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 14 Flutter Kicks
  • 7 Burpees

We stayed in that parking lot for our next routine which I called Jack Webb Mosey AMRAPs.  We lined up on one side of the parking lot and performed 1 merkin, moseyed to the other side and performed 4 LBCs.  We Rinsed and repeated as many times as possible increasing the merkins by 1 and LBCs by 4 until I called TIME.

We moseyed back to the AO where I called on Reborn to share a bit about the Vision Trip that he and his family are about to take to Spain and Germany for a possible missions opportunity.

We closed out the morning with the usual COT events, Count, Name-O-Rama and sharing prayer requests & praises. We all gathered around and laid hands on Reborn while JAG closed us out with prayer.

As always, it is an honor and privilege to lead.  Thank you for the opportunity, Bulldog.
