You have two options, to use a coupon or not… this can be done with a Cindy, ruck, sandbag dumbbell , kettlebell,etc

 

4 rounds With coupon:

10 man makers

20 mike tysons

30 tricep extension

40 curls for the girls

50 coupon squats

1- 1mile  2- 3/4mile  3- 1/2 mile 4- 1/4 mile

 

WITHOUT  COUPON:

15 burpees

20 mike tysons

30 merkins

40 overhead presses

50 single ct squats

1- 1 mile   2 – 3/4 mile  3 – 1/2 mile 4- 1/4 mile
