Good morning Pax!  My hospital name is Jeremy Ghent (F3-Canseco) and I am not a professional.  I would much rather see everyone’s half-awake face at 0500 downtown (OldTown) than through Zoom.  However, I probably need this more than you do.  Seems like yesterday we were still meeting and for some reason the time is flying by.  I know there a lot of parking lots, streets, coffee shops, and diners that miss us too.  Let’s stay fit and ready to fill this town with our presence/impact as soon as we can.

Warm Up.

  • Overhead Press 15 IC
  • Low Slow Squat 15 IC

The Thang:

Lower Body

Ladder 10-1

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Squat Jumps
  • Calf Raises

Then

Glute Bridge 1.5 Minutes

Glute Bridge Raises 2×10 each side

1 minute plank

Upper Body (All done without breaking plank position)

  • 10 MTN Climber
  • 10 Merkins
  • 10 Shoulder Taps
  • 10 Plank Jacks
  • X3

Core: The following x3

  • Imperial Walker 15 IC
  • Flutters 20 IC
  • LBC’S 30 Single Count
