YHC was honored to lead at PHOP this week. Was feeling like a variety of work this AM, and couldn’t pass up the chance for a little work with Cindy. What I learned today: Cindys are know as CMU’s and are rated at 36 pounds. Also – American Hammers with Cindy are harder than I thought.
Here is what we did.
Warmup: SSH, Windmills, Merkins, Low Slow Squats, Imperial Walkers
Pick up Cindy
Yard Work: Bear Crawl with Cindy out and Lt. Dan with Cindy back
30 OYO: Curls, Tricep Extensions, Squats, Calf Raises
Core: Chest Press, Flutters, American Hammers
Take Cindy home.
