11s with Jump squats at the top of the hill and wide arm merkans at the bottom, get the six when completed
Mosey to a nearby parking lot for two rounds of ab heavy four corners: 20 flutter kicks, 15 LBCs, 10 V ups, 5 burpees
Mosey back to the AO with just enough time for a round of ab lab: LBCs, sleeping hill billy, flutter kicks, ankle taps were all called in cadence.
