An 18 hour what?!??

This event will be something different, imagine a GORUCK Tough event crossed with a Constellation and organized by local F3 PAX. The event will last approximately 18 hours, miles will be covered, WOD’s will be endured, coupons will be enjoyed and some knowledge will be transferred!

18 hours? Really? Yup, really – it’s shorter than the P200/BRR but longer than a Tough. It’s gotta be long enough to make all the training worth it! Plus there’s a patch at the end!

Miles? How many? Rucking? Yes, we will cover miles under load (coupons). It could be a lot, it could be a few just be prepared (it’s recommended to get in at least a 15 mile ruck and a couple of coupon rucks as part of your training).

Now what are we talking about with the knowledge transfer? We will have PAX who are experts in their respective fields educate us on real life applicable skills for making us better protectors, responders, and all around better men.

This event might sound a little intimidating, but what better way to step out of your comfort zone than to do it with your F3 brothers! We’ll all be training together and if the training is done right the event will be easy!

Now for the training and prepping – this is going to take a little effort to make sure you get the most out of the vent.

Check out THIS LINK for some ideas on how to train and use THIS LIST  to gather your gear.

Don’t let a lack of gear keep you from participating, if you’re truly interested there are rucks around that can be borrowed for the training and the event.

We will cap this event at 25 participants to keep the group to a manageable size with this being the first of its kind event in the Rock Region. The event will cost $30 per PAX, this will cover the patch and any incidentals needed for our knowledge transfer sessions. Any monies not used directly for the event will be donated to the Bethel Men’s Shelter in Rock Hill.
