With rain in the forecast, I came up with a rain plan that would keep us under cover and mostly dry. As I was driving to the AO, the rain dissipated and I went back to Plan A. I’ll call it a Progression of Exercises. We performed three different exercises, all OYO and to the count of 10, 15 & 20, example 10 Big Boy Sit Ups, 15 Merkins and 20 Lunges (10 each leg). After each progression we would mosey to a new location. At the new location, the top exercise would drop out and the next one in the list would be introduced. Here is the list of the exercises performed.

At the COT we did the usual count, name-o-rama, announcements and praises & prayer requests.
