This wasn’t easy. It wasn’t meant to be. Like life, this was hard. You know what else is hard? Being a present father. Being a loving husband. Being a good co-worker. Leading others through tough situations. But men with their concentrica in order thrive in the hard times. That’s why we do hard things.

And like the Jelly of the Month Club, this workout is the gift that keeps on giving. Enjoy the pain in your muscles the next couple of days. That pain reminds us we are alive.
