7 of us one the battle against the fartsack and made our way to Planet Pain where I was QIC.
The normal disclaimer was given and we began with a few warm up exercises.

We moseyed to the church parking lot across the street. Along the way, Paw Paw and I dropped of my Bag of Tricks which would be used later.
Once across the street I explained how B.O.M.B.S. was going to work this morning. Normal this routine is done as partner work, but since we were an odd number this morning I decided to do it a bit different. I broke the exercises up into 5 rounds and we moseyed in between each round. Each round consisted of 5 Burpees, 10 Overhead Claps, 15 Merkins, 20 Bobby Hurlies and 25 Squats. The first two rounds were in the church parking lot, taking a lap around the parking lot in between each round. Next we moseyed over to the car loop beside the elementary school. We did rounds three and four here with a lap round the loop in between each round. Lastly, we moseyed back to where we left my bag of tricks to complete the fifth round.
The next routine was Anchor Bar’s bag of Tricks. The two bags each contained 7 exercises, all with a count of 25. One bag contained ab exercises, the other upper body. Each pax took a turn pulling an exercise out of the bag. That pax got to decide if the exercise was OYO or IC. After each exercise, we’d mosey to the other end of the parking lot to pull an exercise from the other bag.
With just a few minutes left, we took advantage of the benches to perform some step ups (10 each leg) OYO and 20 dips OYO.
We moseyed back to the AO for the COT.
We closed out with the count, name-o-rama, announcements and prayer requests & praises.
I dismissed us with prayer.
