We began the warmup with the following in cadence: Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Low Slow Squats, Peter Parker Peters, Merkins, and 10 6-Count Burpees. Then we took a short mosey around the church to get familiar with the area.
A week before today I had mentioned to Darth we were not going to be going far during this workout. This was not a promise but wanted to keep my word. So, we stayed in the parking around the church the entire time.
We spent the first half of the workout doing four corners multiple times with the following exercises and counts.
Round 1: 10 Burpees; 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins; 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins & 30 Squats; 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats & 40 Flutters.
Round 2: 10 Burpees; 10 Burpees, 20 CDD’s; 10 Burpees, 20 CDD’s & 30 Lunges; 10 Burpees, 20 CDD’s, 30 Lunges & 40 LBC’s.
Round 3: 10 Burpees; 10 Burpees, 20 Diamond Merkins; 10 Burpees, 20 Diamond Merkins & 30 Jump Squats; 10 Burpees, 20 Diamond Merkins, 30 Jump Squats & 40 Freddy Mercuries.
Then we did the following in cadence in reverse: Side Straddle Hops, Low Slow Squats, Peter Parker Peters, Merkins, and 10 6-Count Burpees
Once time was up, we commenced into the COT. The NMM was shared throughout.

The way to battle your Jester is Preparedness. First, knowing your Jester is most important as your Jester is a master liar. The HIM knows that it is ultimately up to him to keep the Jester at bay as the Jester never goes away. He is always creeping around the corner. The DRP is one way to be prepared to battle the Jester.
The HIM approaches the battle by getting ready and staying ready. The HIM knows what will lead him astray, knows the circumstances it could cause, and how to battle it. There is always the unexpected that will come up, but a HIM will be able to battle those along with the help with his Concentrica and SheildLock.
I challenge all men today to determine what your Jester today and take steps to firm up a stance against it.
