GORUCK 7-day Functions Check
If you’re looking for a reboot, to prove that you’re still functioning just fine after a long year as you prepare to live your best life in 2022.
Pick any 7 days between now and the end of January to complete this challenge.
DETAILS – 7 DAY TOTALS
PHYSICAL – Ruck 25 miles total.
MENTAL – No TV, No Video Games, No Social Media. Read a book of your choosing instead.
SOCIAL – 4 Workouts (minimum 30 minutes each) with a partner, in the real world.
Why 7 Days? Just enough time to suck and to break the routine, but not so long that it’s all encompassing. If you enjoy the challenge, you can do it for as long as you’d like.
ROCK REGION MODIFICATION
We’ll start at 0430 each day Monday-Friday and 0630 on Saturday with a goal of a 30 minute workout together and 4 miles.
Monday January 3 – Independence
Tuesday January 4 – Wall Street – ruck 4 miles in an hour to earn the Wall Street shirt
Wednesday January 5 – PHOP
Thursday January 6 – Tavern
Friday January 7 – Petra
Saturday January 8 – Planet Pain
