Hot Burpees for Supper

WARMUP: SSHs, Imperial walkers – 10 IC
THE THANG: Mosey down to the track for some work on the field.
1 burpee, run short length of the field, 1 burpee other side, run back to start.
Then 2 burpees, run, 2 burpees and run back.
Continued this up to 10.

Then took a lap around the track and circled up for some stretching and ab work.
